According to a report by Manchester Evening News, Manchester United have been linked with a move for highly-rated Borussia Dortmund attacker Christian Pulisic.
Dortmund will demand a fee of £65 million for their prized asset. Pulisic was a boyhood United fan and a move to the red of Manchester would be an opportunity too big to turn down should United come knocking on the doors.
Pulisic’s father had revealed a few days ago that the Premier League is a where his son has always aspired to be in before adding that there are few players who stay at one club throughout a career and there is a high possibility of Pulisic moving to different clubs and leagues.

The 19-year old youngster made 27 appearances for Dortmund last year scoring 4 goals and notching up 5 assists in the process.
He completed 2.4 dribbles per game and made 0.9 key passes per game as well. Pulisic’s passing accuracy wasn’t the best though as he completed 79.4% of his passes, making an average of 24.8 passes per game.
Pulisic is the missing piece of the jigsaw
The lack of right wingers is a huge concern in the United squad which hampered their progress and stopped them from winning the title last season.
Players like Alexis Sanchez, Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford have performed well on the left but didn’t replicate their performances on the opposite wing.
Jose has tried Jesse Lingard and Juan Mata on the right but both have the tendency to drift inside thus leaving acres of space for the old legs of Valencia to cover on the right.
As most of the attacks came from the left, it created a lop-sided attack which made it easy for opposing defences to defend against. The signing of Pulisic can be a long term answer to this problem.
Pulisic can play anywhere across the front but has predominantly played his football on the right which should be music to the ears of the United faithful. Pulisic is a tricky winger with pace to burn and is a good dribbler of the ball.
He is touted as the next big thing in American Football and should have a huge commercial pull in the American market. With only 9 days to go in the transfer, United need to hurry up if they don’t want to miss out on a future superstar.
