Tottenham Hotspur host bottom-placed Watford on Saturday, with the away team yet to win a game after 8 rounds this season. Spurs, on the other hand, have struggled recently in the Premier League, losing two of their three league games, and four of their five games in all competitions.
Their last game was a disappointing loss against Brighton, where the north London club were brushed aside 3-0 at the Amex Stadium.
Spurs are on 11 points after 8 games and there is a lot of pressure on manager Mauricio Pochettino, whose job could be on the line.
PREDICTED TOTTENHAM LINEUP vs WATFORD (4-3-2-1)
Goalkeeper
Michel Vorm has rejoined the club after leaving at the end of last season, to cover for Hugo Lloris, who is out due to an injury.
It may be too soon for Vorm to start for Spurs which means that Paulo Gazzaniga will most likely start in the Tottenham lineup.
Defence
After the poor performance against Brighton, we could see a couple of changes at the back. Davinson Sánchez could come in for Jan Vertonghen, with Toby Alderweireld joining Sanchez at the heart of the Spurs defence.
Moussa Sissoko was used at right-back against Brighton and we could see him replaced, with Juan Foyth possibly starting in that role. At left-back, Ben Davies could retain his spot in the Tottenham lineup, ahead of Danny Rose.
Midfield
Giovani Lo Celso is back training for Spurs but the Watford game may come too soon for him. Harry Winks had a good game for England against Bulgaria and he will start at the base of midfield. Tanguy Ndombélé will most likely start ahead of him, with Moussa Sissoko starting beside him advanced midfield.
Attack
Harry Kane scored in both games for England and will lead the line for Spurs against Watford.
Son Heung-min will most likely be rested after the long journey back to England after the international matches, which could mean that Lucas Moura and Erik Lamela could start on the left and right, respectively.
