Leeds United travel to Sheffield to play Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday. The Whites have won just 2 of their last 6 games in the Championship, and they will have to get a positive result on Saturday to stay on the coattails of West Brom at the top of the table.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side missed the chance of going level on points with leaders West Brom this week, as they could only muster a 1-1 draw against Preston North End. Leeds dominated the game and possession, but could not hit the back of the net till the 87th minute.
Substitute Eddie Nketiah scored his third goal of the Championship season, which helped the Whites get a draw.

Goalkeeper
Kiko Casilla has been a constant fixture in the Leeds team in all competitions, and he will continue between the sticks for the Whites on Saturday.
Defence
Captain Liam Cooper is still sidelined due to injury, which means that the duo of Gaetano Berardi and Ben White will start in the heart of the defence for Leeds.
Luke Ayling has been good since his return to the team after missing out on a chunk of matches at the start of the season. He will start at right-back for Bielsa’s team, while Ezgjan Alioski will continue at left-back, following a run of good performances.
Midfield
Stuart Dallas, who started the season and played several games at right-back, has been deployed in the heart of the park over the last few games. He will retain his position in the Leeds United Lineup, with Kalvin Phillips playing behind him in midfield.
Mateusz Klich will also keep his place in the team in midfield. Tyler Roberts could be an option for Bielsa in the attacking midfield role, after he impressed in his cameo last time around.
Attack
Eddie Nketiah came to the rescue of Leeds last time around, and fans are calling for him to start ahead of Patrick Bamford, who has been on a goal drought. But, Bielsa seems to have his reasons for starting Bamford and it’s a likely possibility that Bamford will start as the striker.
Pablo Hernandez will also not start for Leeds, which means that Helder Costa will start on the right with Jack Harrison starting on the left.
