Callum Hudson-Odoi seems like a wanted man as Serie A side Juventus have joined the race to sign the talented Chelsea attacker.
Reports from the Mirror claim that Juventus want to make a last-ditch attempt to sign Hudson-Odoi and hijack Bayern Munich’s deal for the 18-year old.
The Bavarians have been linked with a new £35m after their previous bid was rejected and it has been claimed that the teenager prefers a move to Germany.
Hudson-Odoi’s path to first-team football is currently blocked by Eden Hazard, Pedro and Willian, and he’s likely to see more consistent playing time at Bayern considering their ageing stars Arjen Robben and Fran Ribery don’t start every game and will leave at the end of the season.
Chelsea have already signed Christian Pulisic in the January transfer window and the American will join the club in the summer, so that could potentially see Hudson-Odoi’s development stagnate further.
