Manchester United will square off against Chelsea in the EFL Cup on Wednesday, and will go into the game with a bit of momentum after back-to-back wins in all competitions.
The Red Devils will, however, be up against a Chelsea side that have been on a roll in all competitions lately.
The two teams faced off in the opening round of the 2019-20 Premier League season, where United registered a comprehensive 4-0 win, but the fortunes of both teams have changed since.
Chelsea have been on the up, while United have faltered, and have only recently had good results.
Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could play a lot of youngsters in the League Cup tie.

Axel Tuanzebe and Diogo Dalot are still out with injuries, and will most likely miss the game, while Luke Shaw is also a big doubt. Solskjaer recently revealed that Paul Pogba is set to be out till December, while Nemanja Matic is also out due to injury.
Predicted Manchester United Lineup vs Chelsea
Goalkeeper
Sergio Romero started in the previous round of the League Cup, as well as in a few Europa League games. He should start for the Red Devils and replace David de Gea in the team.
Defence
Marcos Rojo should start at centre-back and he could be joined by Harry Maguire, who also played in last week’s Europa League game as well as the Premier League tie against Norwich City.
Brandon Williams impressed against Partizan Belgrade in the Europa League, winning the side’s penalty, as well as being solid at the back. He should start at left-back, in place of Ashley Young, in the Manchester United lineup.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka may be given a rest as he has started the last two games despite just returning from a spell out due to injury. Phil Jones could play at right-back for United against Chelsea.
Midfield
We could see Fred and Scott McTominay, who were good against Norwich City, retain their place in the Manchester United lineup. Andreas Pereira could start once again in the middle of the park despite the Brazilian featuring heavily lately.
Attack
Anthony Martial could maybe drop to the bench as he has only recently returned from an injury. Daniel James could start from the left, while Mason Greenwood could get a start from the left for United.
Marcus Rashford should feature as the forward in the Manchester United lineup once again.
