Is James a good option for Rafa?

A skillful player who has played in several positions, including a brief stint as a striker, at around £10 million, James will be a steal for Premier League clubs.
In his first full season for Swansea City, where he made 31 appearances in all competitions, James has impressed on the pitch which has led to the likes of Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool, and Newcastle United vying for his signature.
James was close to signing with Leeds United in the January transfer window, but the deal fell through after disagreement between the Chairman of Swansea City and the owners.
With just one year remaining on his contract, Swansea City are willing to let go of the talented 21-year-old in the summer transfer window.
