The FA Cup third round fixtures have been announced and it has been revealed that Premier League side Chelsea will take on Championship outfit, Nottingham Forest.
The Blues have had a brilliant start to the Premier League and are just seven points behind league leaders Manchester City who they will face this weekend.
Nottingham Forest will be no pushovers as they are doing pretty well in the Championship and are in the playoff spots.
Manager Aitor Karanka guided Middlesbrough to the Premier League and the Forest fans are hoping their side can finally make a long-awaited return to the top-flight.
Chelsea will hope to retain the FA Cup this season after winning it under Antonio Conte last season when they beat Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United in the final.
The Blues have made it to the round of 32 of the Europe League as well and will not be too unhappy with the tie they have been handed in the third round.
