Dallas To Start: Predicted 3-4-3 Leeds United Lineup vs West Brom

Leeds United will look to make it two wins in as many Championship games when they travel to the Midlands to take on West Brom.

The Whites managed to beat Wigan Athletic in their last outing and moved to the top of the Championship table by virtue of goal difference and will look to stay there before the international break.

Marcelo Bielsa likes to use the same players but he hasn’t been able to do that because of the injuries suffered by Leeds players. The Argentinian will be without the services of Gaetano Berardi and Luke Ayling while Patrick Bamford is a long-term absentee.

Predicted Leeds United lineup

Defence

Kalvin Phillips played as a centre-back against Wigan and he is expected to line up alongside Liam Cooper and Pontius Jansson in the absence of Berardi and Ayling. Bailey Peacock-Farrell is the first-choice custodian and should keep his place in goal.

Midfield

Adam Forshaw replaced Phillips in midfield against Wigan after the latter dropped to the defence. Considering the squad is pretty much the same, Forshaw could continue in midfield alongside Mateusz Klich.

Klich has done a commendable job in midfield, averaging two tackles a game in the Championship so far this season. West Brom have struggled to score goals in their last few games and Bielsa will hope his midfielders can stifle the Baggies attack come Saturday.

Barry Douglas returned from injury and had an impressive outing but using him for the second time in a week might not be the wisest of ideas. Stuart Dallas could start on the left against West Brom.

Ezgjan Alioski has managed three goals, three assists and averages two key passes a game. He should start on the right.

Attack

Kemar Roofe is expected to line up against his former club. The 25-year old is in a good run of form having scored three goals in his last three games.

Pablo Hernandez had a good outing against Wigan and his creative output will be a key against the Baggies.

Samu Saiz should complete the attack. The Spaniard has two assists so far this season and will hope to add more to that when he comes up against the West Brom defence.
