#2 Brendan Rodgers (Celtic)
Currently enjoying a winning run with the Glasgow giants in Scotland, Rodgers has helped Celtic break some age-old records in the domestic league but it is evident that the SPFL lacks the competition that Rodgers will want to face at this time of his career.
The 45-year old’s previous stint in England almost gave Liverpool their first league title in the Premier League era and though he was not able to reach such heights, is still capable of doing it again in the top flight.
Celtic’s owner is happy for Arsenal to approach Rodgers, who can be a decent coup for the Gunners.
#1 Carlo Ancelotti
The Italian manager is easily one of the most decorated coaches in the game but is currently out of a job after he was shown that door at Allianz Arena. He helped Bayern to the Bundesliga last season but was not able to replicate that form earlier this season and was sacked.
The 58-year old already lifted the Premier League title with Chelsea and has three Champions League titles as a manager.
He could take Arsenal back to Europe but could be more of a short-term fix considering his age.
