4-3-3 with Oxlade-Chamberlain in midfield: Predicted Liverpool lineup vs Huddersfield

Midfield

The midfield is actually where all the problems lie. Klopp was handed another blow as Adam Lallana won’t be available for a few weeks. Jordan Henderson is back, but it could take him a few games to regain full match fitness.

Emre Can, Gini Wijnaldum and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are expected to play in the three-man midfield. Can and Wijnaldum will have to put in a shift as Huddersfield are expected to play on the break, so the transitioning will be key.

Attack

Sadio Mane has looked a bit off colour despite his goals in recent weeks. If given space, he is lethal, but against packed defences, his influence often wanes as the game goes on. Roberto Firmino is in good form and is expected to lead the line once again.

Club top scorer Mohamed Salah is expected to play on the right and will be keen to continue his goalscoring run. The Egyptian has scored in three of his last four games in all competitions and will want to keep up his good run and challenge Harry Kane for the golden boot.
