As per a recent report by Birmingham Mail, Wolverhampton Wanderers have surfaced as one of the contenders to sign Arsenal midfielder, Jack Wilshere, in the summer. Wolves have already been promoted to the Premier League and given the financial muscle that they possess, they are likely to be busy in their pursuits in the summer transfer window.
Under the tutelage of Nuno Espirito Santo, Wolves have really dazzled in the Championship this season. They are currently placed at the top of the league table with 95 points to their name after 43 games. After Fulham’s draw with Brentford, their ticket to the elite club level competition of the country next season was confirmed and they also secured a commendable 2-0 win over Birmingham City on Sunday to celebrate their promotion.
