Leeds United will aim to snap their seven-game winless run in the Premier League on Sunday when they welcome Fulham to Elland Road.
The Whites have lost their way since the 3-0 win over Chelsea in late August. They have picked up just two points in their last seven games, dropping down to 16th in the table.
Jesse Marsch’s side suffered a 2-0 away defeat against Leicester City in midweek, which made it three defeats in a row. Thus, they will be desperate to bounce back to winning ways against Fulham, who head to west Yorkshire off the back of a stunning 3-0 win over Aston Villa.
Jesse Marsch is hopeful of having Pascal Struijk back at the weekend, with the defender missing out on the trip to Leicester City because of a small issue.
Stuart Dallas remains out until after the World Cup break with a knee problem, while Leo Hjelde is expected to be available in the next game after undergoing appendix surgery.
Adam Forshaw (ankle) and Archie Gray (toe) both are closing in on returns.
Goalkeeper
Illan Meslier is Leeds’ first-choice goalkeeper and will start against Fulham. He will aim to put in a big performance to keep a clean sheet.
Defence
Robin Koch was hauled off at half time against Leicester City after scoring an own goal. He could be benched for Liam Cooper on Sunday, with the experienced Scotsman partnering Diego Llorente at the heart of the backline in the Leeds lineup.
If deemed fully fit, Pascal Struijk should replace Junior Firpo at left-back in the Leeds lineup.
Rasmus Kristensen is a certainty to start at right-back, as Leeds United desperately look to register a clean sheet at home.
Midfield
Marc Roca was substituted at the break in midweek but he is expected to start in this fixture. The Spaniard will form the double pivot in the middle of the park with Tyler Adams in the Leeds lineup, as the duo aim to get control of the game as quickly as possible against Fulham.
Brenden Aaronson’s passing and vision could prove pivotal in unlocking the Fulham backdoor. He will take up the No.10 slot, hoping to pull the strings and get Leeds on the front foot right away.
Attack
Crysencio Summerville failed to take his chance against Leicester City, so the youngster is likely to make way for Jack Harrison on the right flank in the Leeds lineup.
Luis Sinisterra has the ability to create openings out of nothing, and his pace, movement and dribbling skills may cause all sorts of problems to the Fulham defence.
