After losing to Everton in their previous league game, Chelsea will hope to put things right against Wolves later tonight.
Frank Lampard’s side dropped out of the top four spots following their defeat against the Toffees, but are still only three points off the top of the table as Tottenham could only muster a draw.
Wolves have been in a tough run recently and have lost their last two games in the Premier League after picking up a good win against Arsenal at the end of November.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s side are likely to make things difficult for Chelsea’s attack by playing deep in their own half, so the Blues will need to come up with the ideas to break them down, and stop them from countering.
Chelsea Team News
Frank Lampard has confirmed that Pulisic will travel to the Molineux, but it remains to be seen if he will make the Chelsea lineup. The Blues have missed his creativity in the attacking third as the duo of Timo Werner and Kai Havertz were not able to create enough clear-cut openings against Everton.

Hakim Ziyech and Callum Hudson-Odoi will also be unavailable as they continue to recover from hamstring strains.
Predicted Chelsea Lineup vs Wolves
Goalkeeper
Edouard Mendy should once again line up in goal despite his error against Everton, handing the Toffees the penalty. Apart from the one moment of indecision, he has largely been imperious for the Blues.
Defence
Thiago Silva and Kurt Zouma should start at the back once again. Since the Wolves will offer a threat on the break, the duo will have to be on their toes. Ben Chilwell and Reece James should take their places at left-back and right-back respectively in the Chelsea lineup.
Midfield
The trio of Mason Mount, N’Golo Kante, and Mateo Kovacic should start in midfield once again. Wolves are likely to play on the break, so Kante and Kovacic will have key roles to play during the transitions. Mount will play a more attacking role of the three midfielders.
Attack
Timo Werner hasn’t looked his best in recent games as teams have played deep to shut him out and deny him the space to use his speed. It remains to be seen if Wolves will go with a four at the back set-up. If they do, he could have some joy against Nelson Semedo as the Portuguese isn’t the most accomplished of defenders.
Olivier Giroud might be benched for this one for Tammy Abraham, while Kai Havertz should continue on the right in the Chelsea lineup. Pulisic could see some playing time late in the game as it’s unlikely he will make the starting lineup, having just returned from a hamstring niggle.
