Everton have been on a roll in the Premier League as well as the EFL Cup, winning their last two games with a 5-2 scoreline, first against West Bromwich Albion and then Fleetwood Town.
The Toffees are second in the league table, and will look to make it three wins in three Premier League games when they face Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Saturday.
Everton have a good record against Crystal Palace considering they have not lost to the Eagles in five years in the Premier League. Palace, too, have started the season in fine fashion, and beat Manchester United in their last game in the league.

Mason Holgate and Jarrad Branthwaite will miss the game on Saturday, while Jean-Philippe Gbamin is a long-term absentee.

Goalkeeper
Jordan Pickford has not looked in great form in the last two games, but he should continue in goal for the Toffees. The former Sunderland custodian will need to be more consistent in the coming weeks.
Defence
Michael Keane and Yerry Mina have looked good so far this season, and they should start once again at the back. Keane played the entire game against Fleetwood Town, while Mina was rested.
Lucas Digne has been deadly going forward at left-back. He played at centre-back in the EFL Cup tie, but should return to his left-back role, while captain Seamus Coleman should return to the Everton lineup at right-back.
Midfield
Fabian Delph returned to the starting XI in the mid-week game, playing alongside Gylfi Sigurdsson. But the duo may not play in the weekend’s game as the midfield trio of Allan, Andre Gomes, and Abdoulaye Doucoure should start against Palace. Tom Davies could be an option off the bench for Carlo Ancelotti.
Delph’s return to fitness will be a boost for Ancelotti, in the coming weeks as the games will come thick and fast.
Attack
The attacking trio of James Rodríguez, Richarlison, and Dominic Calvert-Lewin have been in sensational form in the 2020-21 season.
Calvert-Lewin scored a hat-trick last weekend, while Richarlison scored a brace against Fleetwood Town. The trio should start as the front three against Crystal Palace, while Bernard and Alex Iwobi – who had good games against Fleetwood – will be options off the bench.
