Midfield Star To Return | Predicted 4-1-4-1 Leeds United Lineup vs Brentford

Leeds United lost yet again this last weekend when they succumbed to a 2-0 defeat against Nottingham Forest, and will hope to stop the rut against Brentford in their next game.

The Whites have lost four of their last five Championship games, and they have relinquished the gap that they had over third-placed Fulham, who are now level on points. Forest are one point behind Fulham and Leeds as well.

Leeds’ opponents for Tuesday night, Brentford, are two points behind the Whites and a loss for away side will see them drop out of the automatic promotion places. The last time these two sides faced in the Championship, Leeds narrowly won 1-0.

Leeds United Team News

Midfielders Adam Forshaw and Tyler Roberts will miss the mid-week game, but Kalvin Phillips will return after serving his three-game suspension ban, following his dismissal against QPR a few weeks ago.

Barry Douglas could return to the squad as well after featuring in the Under-23 game.

Let’s take a look at the possible Leeds United lineup for the game against Brentford.

Predicted Leeds United lineup vs Brentford

Goalkeeper

Kiko Casilla will start in goal once again, despite making yet another error last time around against Nottingham Forest.

Defence

Marcelo Bielsa could make quite a few changes to the Leeds United backline for the game against Brentford. Luke Ayling could return to the right-back position from centre-back, with Ben White returning to his centre-back position from defensive midfield.

Captain Liam Cooper should start alongside White at the back. Stuart Dallas could move to the left-back position in place of Ezgjan Alioski. Gaetano Berardi is an option at the back, while Douglas could also be on the bench.

Midfield

Kalvin Phillips should return to the team, playing in the defensive midfield position. Phillips has missed the last three games, where the Whites have conceded five goals in three games in his absence.

Pablo Hernandez should continue in the middle of the park, along with Mateusz Klich. Jamie Shackleton is an option in midfield, having not featured in the U23 game this week.

Attack

Jack Harrison and Helder Costa will play on both wings, while Ian Poveda is an option out wide as well. Jean-Kévin Augustin could get his first start for Leeds, playing in place of Patrick Bamford.

I stumbledupon it viagra I am going to return yet again since I saved as a favorite it.
