Predicted 4-3-3 Real Madrid Lineup vs Club Brugge | Vinicius And Jovic To Start

Real Madrid play their final game of the Champions League group stage on Wednesday against Belgian side Club Brugge.

The Spanish club are second in the group behind Paris Saint-Germain and have no chance of topping the group as the Parisians are five points ahead of the Spanish giants.

This match could be a chance for Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane to give opportunities to some of the younger players, and use his full squad.

Real Madrid Team News

Real Madrid have several players missing due to injury. The likes of Marcelo, Lucas Vazquez, Eden Hazard, and Marco Asensio will miss the game.

Sergio Ramos and Toni Kroos have been rested for this dead rubber Champions league game. Nacho, though, has been included in the squad, having missed over a month of action.

Gareth Bale could return to action, having taken part in the preparation for the game against the Belgians.

Let’s take a look at the Real Madrid team for the game against Club Brugge:

Predicted Real Madrid Lineup vs Club Brugge

Goalkeeper

Thibaut Courtois could be rest for this game against Club Brugge, with Alphonse Areola getting a start ahead of the Belgian in the Real Madrid lineup.

Defence

Ramos’ absence from the squad means that Éder Militão or Nacho, will get a start in defence. Raphael Varane will start for Madrid at the back, and will most likely play alongside Militão, with Nacho maybe a second half option.

Ferland Mendy has done very well over the last month or so, and he will most likely keep his place in the Real Madrid lineup. Álvaro Odriozola could get a start at right-back, replacing Dani Carvajal.

Midfield

Luka Modric was a second half substitute over the weekend against Espanyol, and he could get a start, playing alongside the young and impressive Federico Valverde, who registered an assist in the last league game.

Isco could also start in midfield, which means that Casemiro will get some much-needed rest.

Attack

Karim Benzema, Madrid’s top-scorer so far this season, could also be given a rest, with Luka Jovic starting up top. Gareth Bale could return to the Real Madrid lineup, starting from the right side.

Vinícius Júnior, who played at the weekend for Madrid, could retain his place over on the left side of attack after having a solid game against Espanyol.
