Two Changes Expected: 4-3-3 Real Madrid Predicted Lineup vs Eibar

Real Madrid registered an emphatic 6-0 win against Galatasaray in the Champions League this past week, as the Spanish giants edged closer to a place in the knockout stages of the tournament. Zinedine Zidane’s men face mid-table side Eibar on Saturday.

Los Blancos are second on the table, level on points with Barcelona, who are ahead of them only on goal difference.

The Real Madrid manager has a strong squad to choose from with a majority of the players that were out due to injury returning to the squad.

Let’s take a look at the probable Real Madrid lineup that Zidane may put out for Saturday.

Early team news

Nacho and Marco Asensio will be on the sidelines for a few months and won’t feature for Madrid. Gareth Bale is also a doubt having missed the last few games, while Marcelo was brought off in the mid-week Champions League tie due to a knock.

PREDICTED REAL MADRID LINEUP VS EIBAR (4-3-3)

Goalkeeper

Thibaut Courtois should start in goal and will be confident after keeping a clean sheet in the last four games for the Spanish club.

Defence

Sergio Ramos and Raphael Varane started and played the entire 90 minutes for Madrid, and they should continue at the back for the game against Eibar.

Marcelo is a doubt at left-back after going off in the first half of the Champions League game. Ferland Mendy should replace him in the Real Madrid lineup.

Dani Carvajal should keep his place at right-back for this weekend’s league game.

Midfield

Luka Modric was a second-half substitute in the Champions League game with Federico Valverde taking his place in midfield in the initial eleven. The experienced Croatian played the last 30 minutes of the game, replacing Casemiro.

Casemiro, Modric and Toni Kroos should start in midfield tomorrow against Eibar.

Attack

18-year-old Brazilian winger Rodrygo has been in terrific form lately and scored a hat-trick against Galatasaray this past week. He took his goal tally to 5 goals in all competitions for the season. He should start on the right, with Eden Hazard playing from the left, and Karim Benzema starting as the striker.

Benzema scored a brace in the Champions League, and now has 9 goals in all competitions for the season.
