6 Changes Expected: 4-3-3 Real Madrid Predicted Lineup vs Galatasaray

Real Madrid have a crucial Champions League tie tonight when they face Galatasaray in Turkey. The Spanish giants are bottom of Group A in Europe’s premier competition and are yet to register a win in the Champions League this season.

Manager Zinedine Zidane will have to lift his players after their 1-0 defeat to Mallorca in La Liga on Saturday. Madrid have been woeful in the Champions League this season, losing to PSG, and coming back from 0-2 down to draw against Club Brugge.

Ahead of the important game, let’s take a look at the possible Real Madrid lineup for the match.

PREDICTED REAL MADRID LINEUP vs GALATASARAY (4-3-3)

Goalkeeper

Thibaut Courtois played the entire 90 minutes against Mallorca on Saturday, and he could retain his place in the Real Madrid lineup for the Champions League tie.

Defence

Éder Militão and Sergio Ramos started the league game, and we could see Militão drop to the bench for the Champions League tie, with Raphaël Varane coming in his place.

Álvaro Odriozola had a nightmare of a time at right-back against Mallorca, and even got sent off in the second half. He will most likely drop to the bench for the Champions League tie, with Dani Carvajal taking his place.

Experienced full-back Marcelo started at left-back for the game against Mallorca but might have to make way for Ferland Mendy who is available for selection.

Midfield

Luka Modric is still out due to injury, but Toni Kroos should return to the side after being added to the 21-man squad for the away trip. The German midfielder has also been injured and missed a few games. He should start in midfield alongside Casemiro, who played the entire 90 minutes against Mallorca.

Isco, too, started in the league game, and he is an option for Zidane in midfield, although there is a possibility that the French manager may start Federico Valverde in midfield alongside Casemiro and Kroos in the Real Madrid lineup.

Attack

Karim Benzema was not at his best against Mallorca, when he started in attack alongside Luka Jovic. Jovic will most likely drop to the bench, with Eden Hazard coming in his place, while Vinicius Jr starting on the right.
