Spanish goalkeeper David de Gea has been at Old Trafford since 2011 and has gone on to become one of the most important players in the club. The 28-year-old signed a new contract with the club recently, with his new deal with the Red Devils expiring in 2023.

De Gea is the highest earner at Old Trafford, earning around £375,000 per week.

#2 Paul Pogba

The next highest earner at Manchester United is French midfielder Paul Pogba, who returned to the club in 2016 after spending a few years at Juventus in Italy. It hasn’t quite gone the way the 2018 World Cup winner would have hoped for at Old Trafford.

Pogba earns £290,000 per week, with his deal with the club expiring in 2021, with Manchester United having the option to extend the contract by a year.

#3 Anthony Martial

Another Frenchman is third in the list of highest earners at Manchester United with Anthony Martial earning £250,000 per week. The 23-year-old attacker joined the club in 2015 and has gone on to make over 175 appearances for the club, scoring 50 goals.

The former AS Monaco forward has the potential to be one of the best in the world and has shown signs of that potential at Manchester United. He signed an extension to his contract earlier this year, with the new deal expiring in 2024.

#4 Marcus Rashford

From one talented young player to another, Marcus Rashford took the footballing world by storm when he made his debut for the club in 2015. He has made over 175 appearances for the club and has scored 48 goals.

Rashford earns £200,000 a week, having signed a new deal earlier this year which will keep him at the club till 2023.

#5 Harry Maguire

Rounding up the top five is Manchester United summer signing Harry Maguire, who moved to Old Trafford in the 2019 summer transfer window for £80 million, which is a world-record transfer fee for a defender.

Maguire joined Manchester United on a six-year deal and he earns £189,904 per week.
