Predicted 4-2-3-1 Leeds United XI Vs Hull City: Can The Whites Get Back To Winning Ways?

Leeds United have collected just 1 point from their last 4 outings in the Championship, with their last game ending in a 3-4 home defeat at the hands of Millwall. They are now placed at the 9th spot in the league standings with 43 points to their name from 28 games and it goes without saying that they are currently under immense pressure.

On Tuesday, the Whites are due to make a trip to the KCOM Stadium to face Hull City. Christiansen’s men should leave no stone unturned to bag all three points to get back in contention for promotion to the Premier League. Here is how we expect Leeds United to line-up against Nigel Adkins’ troops.

Defence

Felix Wiedwald is expected to don the gloves once again and ahead of him, we expect a four-man defensive wall, with Pontus Jansson and Matthew Pennington at the heart of it. These two defenders are more than capable of injecting the requisite resilience to the side and should work just fine as a duo. Liam Cooper will not be available due to his suspension following the defeat against Millwall.

Luke Ayling is out of contention and thus, Gaetano Berardi is likely to get the nod to start from the right-back slot. In the left-back position, we are likely to see Laurens De Bock line up. The fullbacks will have an important role to play and will have to show more desire and energy.

Midfield

Eunan O’Kane and Kalvin Phillips are suspended and Mateusz Klich has been shipped out on loan. Thus, Adam Forshaw should get the nod to start in the middle of the park, alongside Ronaldo Vieira. The central midfield zone has been a problematic area for the Yorkshire based club and in the upcoming fixture, a lot would rely on how these two players fare.

They must shield the backline well and push the game forward to carve out openings. Pablo Hernandez has fared well in the no.10 position and thus, he is expected to find his place in the starting line-up and will look to create chances and link-up with the players stationed in the wide areas. Samu Saiz is out due to suspension.

Attack

Caleb Ekuban is out injured and thus, right up front, Pierre-Michel Lasogga is likely to start. It has been a rusty season for him but if he gets the opportunity to start, he must make it count. Kemar Roofe is anticipated to start on the right-wing whereas, on the other side, Ezgjan Alioski would be a decent option to go with.

I stumbledupon it viagra I am going to return yet again since I saved as a favorite it.
