Southampton might have struck gold: Why they should do everything to land this Bundesliga dazzler

Premier League outfit, Southampton are a side which lay a huge importance to fetching the youngsters a platform to thrive so that they can blossom and go on to achieve big things. They are indeed respectable ambassadors of the game and the inclination of the Saints towards nurturing a starlet with potential has made them look for assets in Germany, as one of the latest reports has stated that they are very keen to lure Borussia Dortmund’s talented winger, Emre Mor to St. Mary’s on loan this summer.

Mor emerged through the youth ranks of Bronshoj BK, Lyngby BK and Nordsjælland, before being promoted to the senior side of the Wild Tigers. Dortmund were swift in marking his development and signed him in the summer transfer window of 2016.

Mor accumulated 12 appearances to his name in the German Bundesliga last term but owing to the competition for places which exists at the Ruhr-based club, the youngster has been told that he can go out on loan for a season.

However, there is no dearth of his admirers as team such as Liverpool, Celta Vigo and Southampton are interested in making him sign above the dotted line. In a scenario like this, a move to the ranks of Mauricio Pellegrino could be a decent move for Mor, for he would be able to get more game time under his belt. Further, he will also get the opportunity to taste the animosity of the English top flight, which could be a valuable experience in his development.

The Turkish international is a very versatile player who can be engineered on either wing, as a no.10 or even as a lone striker up front. Mor is an excellent dribbler who breezes past his opponents with relative ease, can be lethal at times with his crosses, has a trick or two up his sleeve. One of the most intriguing aspects about his is that he intends to make something happen in the final third and has the knack to create goal scoring opportunities for his teammates.

Moreover, the 20-year-old loves to cut inside and have a go at the opposition goalkeepers and considering his age, he is unarguably a promising prospect. Having said that, there are weaknesses he needs to work on, such as his lack of defensive contributions, is still not a shrewd passer of the ball and is yet to learn the art of learning how to hold the ball well and thus, a loan move for him is of paramount importance to make him a better player.

If you are on a personal connection, I shit you not viagra.
