8 Goals And 19 Assists: Why Manchester United’s Latest Bundesliga Target Is A Must Buy

The Story-

Manchester United have now turned their attention towards a midfielder, who could give Jose Mourinho’s side the edge over their Premier League rivals in the upcoming seasons. The player in the spotlight is RB Leipzig’s Swedish international Emil Forsberg, who has had an amazing season in the Bundesliga, in the campaign that has just gone by, helping his team to finish in the second spot behind champions Bayern Munich.

The player was in superb form and claimed a chunk of assists for himself, helping him make a really good name for himself, attracting the attention of some of the top clubs across the continent.

The Red Devils, on the other hand, were chasing Inter Milan’s Ivan Perisic, though the deal has been in the making for a long time.

Due to this, he has turned his attention now towards the 25-year-old Swede and a deal could be reached in the days to come if things work out as per plan.

The Portuguese manager feels that his squad needs some additional stars in the days to come and it will be interesting to see what happens now.

More on the player-

The player had a remarkable season last time around, with the German outfit, claiming 19 assists to his name in the league. This propelled his side to great heights and helped them make it to the Champions League, this time around.

Apart from that, he has also scored a tally of eight goals last season, which has added even more value to his name. He can play on the left-hand side, both as a winger and a left midfield player and also can provide Mourinho with an additional option for central midfield, if needed. This will add some more versatility to his squad.

However, one thing that will be a concern, will be his passing ability, as his success rate at that is just 76.4% from last term, which is surely not up to the mark. Despite that, the number of assists that he has claimed is remarkable. I guess that be the stat that Mourinho will be more keen on.

Deal or no deal?

With the Perisic deal still not working out and Mourinho keen on adding yet another attacker to his squad, this deal seems inevitable to happen and it might just be a matter of time before it is done. All eyes will be on Mourinho and his ability to convince the player to move to Manchester in the days to come.

He is a quality player and if he can adjust soon, it will be a huge boost for the Old Trafford faithful.

Its appropriate time to make some plans for the long run and it is time to be happy. I have read this post more and if I may I want to counsel you some interesting things or advice.
