Reports have linked Liverpool striker Danny Ings with a possible move to Newcastle United in the summer. Benitez is eyeing to introduce some experience as well as some quality to his Championship winning side and is more than keen on the ex-Burnley striker.

Ings, 24, had a torrid time at Liverpool which saw him mostly on the sidelines or on the bench during his 2-year spell with the Reds. Consistently puckered with injury and fitness issues has limited his appearances with the Reds of Merseyside to just 6 in the last 2 years of Premier League.

Having fallen out of favour and also slipping down the pecking order at Anfield, the English International is keen for some game time and is said to be open to offers to swap shirts. But if speculations are to be believed it is the shrewd Spaniard, Rafa who believes that he could extract the best from the ex-Burnley man and he believes that the player is far from being finished.
