One Possible Change In Attack: 4-2-3-1 Fulham Predicted XI vs Leeds United

MAN CITY LINEUP

Fulham go in search of back-to-back wins in the Premier League on Sunday when they travel to Elland Road to face Leeds United.

Following promotion this season, the Cottagers have punched above their weight as they lie ninth in the table. The Londoners registered a smashing 3-0 win over 10-men Aston Villa in midweek to end their three-game winless run.

Marco Silva will want his team to build on that performance and win at the weekend when they clash with Leeds United, who are in a crisis at the moment.

Fulham Team News

Nathaniel Chalobah is available after serving his three-game suspension but loanee Daniel James cannot face his parent club on Sunday.

Kenny Tete is nearing full fitness from a hamstring injury, however, it remains to be seen whether or not the full-back is included in the travelling Fulham squad.

Predicted Fulham Lineup vs Leeds United (4-2-3-1)

Goalkeeper

Bernd Leno will keep his place in goal for Fulham after keeping a clean sheet against Aston Villa recently.

Defence

Marco Silva will stick to a 4-2-3-1 system, with Issa Diop starting alongside Tim Ream in central defence in the Fulham lineup.

Diop and Ream, along with full-backs Bobby-Decordova Reid and Antonee Robinson, must stay on their toes throughout the 90 minutes to keep a high-pressing Leeds side at bay.

Tosin Adarabioyo, Shane Duffy and Kevin Mbabu will serve as cover for the defensive positions.

Midfield

Joao Palhinha and Harrison Reed have shown signs of building a promising partnership in the Fulham engine room. Forming the double pivot for the visitors, the duo must focus on gaining more control over Leeds at the centre of the park.

Andreas Pereira brings the creative spark to this Fulham lineup, and his long-range shooting and ability from set-pieces could make a difference on Sunday.

Tom Cairney and Nathaniel Chalobah will have to be content with a spot on the bench as they wait for their chances to influence the game in the second 45 minutes if required.

Attack

Silva could make one change to his attack from the midweek win over Aston Villa.

In place of Willian, the Portuguese tactician could hand Harry Wilson an opportunity to impress on the flanks in the Fulham lineup. Neeskens Kebano may move to the left for Wilson to weave his magic down the right.

When it comes to spearheading the Cottagers’ attack, there is no looking past Aleksandar Mitrovic. The big Serb has seven goals in nine games so far, and he will be licking his lips at the prospect of facing a shaky Leeds backline.
