Leicester City have been in poor form since the Premier League restarted, having been knocked out of the FA Cup by Chelsea, and failing to pick up a win in the Premier League.
The Foxes were expected to beat Watford and Brighton in the league, but drew both games, and lost to Everton on Wednesday.
Due to their disastrous restart, their lead over fourth-placed Chelsea has been cut to just a point. They face yet another tricky fixture on Saturday when they square off against Roy Hodgson’s Crystal Palace.
The last time these two sides met at the King Power Stadium in February 2019, Palace won the game 4-1. Another defeat like that could prove to be costly as Brendan Rodgers’ side are dangerously close of dropping out of the Champions League spots.

Two players who will not make the Leicester City lineup against Crystal Palace are right-back Ricardo Pereira and midfielder Daniel Amartey.

Goalkeeper
Kasper Schmeichel was partly at fault for Everton’s first goal last time around as Richarlison’s shot should have been saved. He will start for the Foxes in between the sticks.
Defence
Despite letting in two goals against Everton, we could see Brendan Rodgers continue with the same backline for the game against Crystal Palace.
Jonny Evans and Caglar Soyuncu should start in central defence, while Ben Chilwell and James Justin should continue in the two full-back positions in the Leicester City lineup.
Justin has come into the Leicester City starting XI in place of the injured Ricardo Pereira, who has been a big miss.
Midfield
Rodgers could make a few changes in central midfield. Wilfred Ndidi and Youri Tielemans should keep their places in the Leicester City lineup, with Ndidi playing in the deep midfield role.
James Maddison – who was a second-half substitute, will most likely replace Dennis Praet in midfield. Maddison looked lively when he came on against Everton and he will be hoping to change Leicester’s fortunes in the game against Palace.
Attack
Marc Albrighton had a decent game against Everton, and he should retain his place on the right side of attack.
Jamie Vardy should also start, despite not scoring in his last four games. Harvey Barnes will start off the left for Leicester against Crystal Palace.
