After a hard-fought 0-0 draw against Wolverhampton Wanderers, Leicester City face yet another tough game this weekend, when they travel to Stamford Bridge.
They take on a Chelsea side who were beaten by Liverpool and Manchester United in the last two games, but Frank Lampard will believe that his side has what it takes to steal something from this game.
Brendan Rodgers is looking for just his second win against Chelsea as a manager in England, but Leicester remains the last team to beat the Blues at the Bridge, more than a year ago.
The former Liverpool manager will surely have specific plans for Frank Lampard’s system but here are three things that could help him get all three points from this game:
Pressure on the Chelsea Backline
The Blues have one of the weakest squads in the top 6 of the league this season. Lampard is expected to stick with Andreas Christensen and Kurt Zouma as his centre-back pairing, but both players have shown frailties in the last couple of games and will be under pressure this weekend.
The likes of Ayoze Perez and Jamie Vardy could prove too hot to handle but the Foxes will need to keep the pressure on the hosts and push them to commit mistakes that can be pounced upon.

Chelsea’s full-backs will also have to push back in order to provide more cover to the centre-backs, leaving Leicester City on the front foot. So keeping the Chelsea backline under pressure could win Leicester City the game.
Isolate Christian Pulisic
The American international was one of the best players for Chelsea in the Super Cup game in Turkey. He set up Olivier Giroud’s goal and created a number of half-chances that could have won Chelsea the game.
He may not be ready to fill the shoes of Eden Hazard at Stamford Bridge, but the 20-year old is not an easy man to mark. His vision and dribbling abilities make him a real danger for the Foxes, and frustrating him by closing up passing options and marking him closely could be the best way to stop him.
Pulisic has the ability to run the game in the attacking third and keeping him quiet will be crucial for the Foxes to take anything from this game.
Pull Chelsea’s Midfield Wide
For Leicester City to have any kind of a foothold in this game, they need to make sure that one of their former players, N’Golo Kante, is not running the show in the midfield.
The French midfielder was Chelsea best player against Liverpool, as he controlled the tempo of the game and never allowed Liverpool to settle down. He broke up attacks quickly and set up his side on the counter, a system that can be dangerous for Leicester City.
So Rodgers will need players like Youri Tielemans and Ayoze Perez to try and pull Kante out wide to give James Maddison and Jamie Vardy to work their magic.
