Tottenham Hotspur will look to maintain their push for the title when they host Leicester City at Wembley on Sunday.

The Lilywhites are coming on the back of three successive wins in the league, but face a stern test against a Leicester side, who have done well against the better teams this season.

Tottenham vs Leicester – Team News

Star striker Harry Kane is not expected to return to full fitness until March along with his compatriot Dele Alli. In addition, Ben Davies is suffering from a groin injury and has been ruled out against Leicester City.

Eric Dier has also been ruled out with an illness, meaning Pochettino will once again be forced to deploy Moussa Sissoko in central midfield this weekend.

As for Leicester, they will continue to miss out on the services of Daniel Amartey, whose leg injury back in November ruled him out for four months.

Another player ruled out for Leicester City this weekend is Marc Albrighton, who will probably miss out the rest of the campaign after coach Claude Puel described his hamstring injury as “serious”. His absence will be a huge blow for the Foxes, though it may pave the way for the young Harvey Barnes to retain his place in the starting lineup.

Tottenham Hotspur Predicted Lineup (4-2-3-1): Lloris; Trippier, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Rose; Sissoko, Winks; Lamela, Eriksen, Moura; Son.

Tottenham vs Leicester – Key Players

The spotlight will once again be on Heung-Min Son this weekend as the South Korean international has been in splendid form since returning from international duty.

Son has been involved in as many as ten goals in his last seven league appearances and with Kane ruled out, the former Bayer Leverkusen star will look to provide the bite in attack.

Another player who could play a key role in this fixture is Youri Tielemans, who is poised to make his debut after being left out of the starting eleven against Manchester United.

The Belgian international joined from Monaco in January and it will be interesting to see what he can offer to the Leicester midfield.
