Lamela and Foyth To Start: 4-2-3-1 Tottenham Hotspur Predicted XI vs Everton

Tottenham Hotspur will make their way to the Goodison Park on Saturday amidst a media cloud and scrutiny over their own manager’s touted move to Manchester United in the summer. The fact that the Argentine is widely believed to be the best available option to resurrect the Old Trafford outfit has made a lot of people jump the gun and take the above-mentioned possibility as a certainty.

But the rapidly-improving Spurs are not ready to let this affect the club and as witnessed in today’s press conference, they are ready to step down on these incessant rumours from taking centre-stage.

Coming to their next league fixture, the trip to face the Toffees can prove to be a tricky one for the Lilywhites. The home team have improved hugely under Marco Silva even though they are far from being a finished product. The likes of Richarlison, Sigurdsson and Gomes can provide a stern test and we expect Mauricio to select a strong starting XI before deciding to rotate over the festive period starting on Boxing Day.

TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR TEAM NEWS

Serge Aurier and Mousa Dembele are in the final stages of their rehabilitation. Eric Dier has been discharged from the hospital after a minor surgery and will begin his recovery process next week. Victor Wanyama and Davinson Sanchez are still missing through injury along with Jan Vertonghen.

PREDICTED TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR LINEUP VS EVERTON (4-2-3-1)

DEFENCE

Hugo Lloris will start in goal. He sat out in midweek and will be fresh for the visit to Merseyside.

Kieran Trippier might start his third match in nine days with Serge Aurier out of action. Kyle Walker-Peters offers an alternative though.

Ben Davies has played in central defence lately but we might see a return for Juan Foyth alongside Toby Alderweireld after the Argentine was fit enough to make the bench in the North London derby.

This might see Ben Davies move to the left-back position with Rose getting a rest.

MIDFIELD

The options are limited for Pochettino in midfield. The duo of Harry Winks and Moussa Sissoko is likely to continue in the double pivot. Oliver Skipp provides an alternative.

ATTACK

We expect to see a strong attacking lineup for Spurs. Harry Kane looks certain to start after a well-deserved rest against Arsenal. Son might make way for Erik Lamela on the right while Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen are likely to take up the two remaining slots.

This includes nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, generic viagra, as the magazine put it, given that Pfizer scientists discovered the drug.
