Leicester City find themselves in a bit of a bother as they host West Ham United at the King Power Stadium this weekend.

Despite sitting comfortably in the middle of the table, the Foxes are yet to register a win in their last four matches in the Premier League, losing three in the process. During that stretch, Leicester have also conceded nine goals whilst scoring just two.

Therefore, Claude Puel’s men will be looking to end the season on a good note with a win against West Ham United, who will just as much keen to secure a victory. Despite sitting in 15th position, the Hammers are pretty much in the relegation scrap and could run the risk of getting relegated should they fail to gather enough points in the upcoming fixtures.

Here’s the predicted Leicester City lineup to feature against the London giants this weekend.

Defence

First choice keeper Kasper Schmeichel is still doubtful, meaning Ben Hamer will continue to start in between the sticks for Leicester City this weekend.

Marc Albrighton will be suspended due to the red card he picked up in the 5-0 loss over Crystal Palace, which will pave the way for Aleksander Dragovic to start as the right-back. Elsewhere, Ben Chillwell is expected to be deployed as the left-back.

Captain Wes Morgan will take care of the central defence alongside Harry Maguire, who has attracted a lot of attention with his impressive performances this season. His presence in central defence will be important as Leicester look to avoid conceding more goals this week.

Midfield

Head coach Claude Puel will be without the services of key midfielders in Matty James, Vicente Iborra and Wilfred Ndidi, which should see Adrien Silva starting alongside Hamza Choudhury in central midfield positions.

Hamza Chowdhury, in particular, has been rewarded with some game time in the last few matches and therefore, the midfielder will be looking to make an impression this weekend as he hopes to make a name for himself.

Attack

Leicester City’s attacking line will be led by none other than Jamie Vardy.

He’ll most likely play alongside Riyad Mahrez, Demarai Gray and Fousseni Diabate in the attacking third. Mahrez, in particular, will be a key component for the home side as they look to exploit the leaky defence of West Ham United.

Japanese international Shinji Okazaki is doubtful to start and therefore, his fitness will be assessed ahead of the game.
