With 67 points from 32 games, Tottenham Hotspur are in the 4th place in the points table, 10 points ahead of Chelsea in 5th, with just six games of the season to go. They will want to finish the season on a high and take as many points as they can but they will have only one thing in mind this weekend when they welcome Manchester City at Wembley. Pep Guardiola’s side have lost three back to back games in all competitions and are low on confidence. They are a couple of wins away from lifting the league title and Mauricio Pochettino’s men will want to delay that further.
Spurs have won each of their last six league games and will be confident of stopping City from taking all three points from this game. But City, who were knocked out of the UCL by Liverpool recently, will be determined to bounce back and are sure to go for the kill. In early team news, youngsters Kyle Walker-Peters and Harry Winks are both ruled out of the crunch clash this weekend. Kieran Trippier missed the game against Stoke but could be back in action against City.

Defence:
Pochettino has stuck to Hugo Lloris in goal for a while now and the French ace is expected to keep his place in the side for another game. With Toby Alderweireld not in consideration, Pochettino can only use Davinson Sanchez and Jan Vertonghen at the back. They will be under pressure, against the likes of Sergio Aguero and Leroy Sane.
With Trippier still not fully fit, Serge Aurier might keep his place at right-back while Danny Rose might make way for Ben Davies, to add some mettle to the backline.
Midfield:
Mousa Dembele has been one of the first names on the team sheet for Spurs this season. He should start alongside Eric Dier, who only came on as a sub against the Potters.
Attack:
Harry Kane claimed Spurs’ second goal in that tie but will want to get on the score sheet this weekend as well. He will lead the line with Christian Eriksen playing on the right flank and Son Heung-min on the left flank.
Dele Alli, who has found some form late this season, will start in the no.10 role.
