After a hard forth victory over Leicester City in the domestic League, Liverpool are back in action, miles away from their home, as they face Spartak Moscow in the second game of their UCL campaign this season. The Reds drew their first game against Sevilla at home, even after dominating the game, and will hope to make things right this time around.
Their Russian opponents have not been in great form off-late and have a number of injuries to worry about. They are, by no means, favourites to take any points from this game and the onus will be on the visitors to take all three points.
Team News
The likes of Adam Lallana and Nathaniel Clyne are back in training but are not expected to be in the squad for this tie. They remain the only injury concerns apart from young Joe Gomez, who missed out on the squad for this trip. Here is the predicted lineup Liverpool might field for this tie.

While Simon Mignolet made amends for his error in the game at King Power, he is expected to be replaced by Loris Karius, as confirmed by Jurgen Klopp. He will be behind a similar back-line with Trent Alexander-Arnold and Alberto Moreno on either flank.
Dejan Lovren and Joel Matip had contrast games at the weekend but the duo is expected to start yet again at the heart of the defence, but they need to improve their game if their side is to take all three points from this tie.
Midfield
Skipper Jordan Henderson had his best game in a while at King Power, where he also found the back of the net. He is expected to keep his place in the side, playing as the deepest of the midfielders. German ace Emre Can had a decent time in his last outing and is expected to partner Henderson in the midfield.
The duo will be playing alongside Philippe Coutinho, who was sensational in the hour of football that he played against the Foxes. He will hope to repeat his performance from the weekend.
Attack
With Mohamed Salah in great form, Klopp should use the Egyptian on the right wing and he will be able to call upon Sadio Mane, who missed the last three domestic games for Liverpool, thanks to a suspension.
Brazil star Roberto Firmino has done a decent job in leading the attack for the Reds and is expected to keep his place as a false-9. Incidentally, this is the first game of the season where Liverpool can use Mane, Salah, Firmino and Coutinho together.
